On Christmas Eve 2003 Lawrie and Adam got a verbal contract to
buy
this block of land
at Icy Creek, near
Noojee in
Gippsland. To celebrate,
they took a bottle of bubbly down to the Yarra, and I got to play in the water
retrieving sticks. There are a few more pics of the property
